First of all, you're not the only one to cry about 'censorship' here...And the ones that have seem to find themselves banned.

Second, this is the way it has been for some time. The last modification to the KCTalk.com rules was a year ago, and the rules on flaming (as you did) have been much the same before that.

If you don't like that you were pointed, there is an appeals process. Problem is, because you decided to spout off by creating this thread, your appeal is already nullified.

Do not discuss your appeal or the administration/moderation action against you in public forums before appeal decision is made. If you discuss the action against you you will forfeit your appeal. When posting an appeal include information such as the date of the occurrence, action taken and why you believe the action is unwarranted.

This sanction seems to be awfully thin skinned. A caustic comment on the situation but it's not like legacy went all Don Rickles on anyone in particular.

The people who subscribe to thoughts such as:

If it's too good to be true, it probably is
or
You don't get something for nothing

seem to have become a minority in this society today.

I know this is a pet project of many in this community but I have never observed rampant political correctness in other areas of this board.

It's not about wether I agree with him or not, it's about how he went about it and that nothing was added to the thread other than a "slam".

Umm, the 'group' would be all those who bought into the scam, they qualify as a group, so that's a moot point. It doesn't matter whether any of "the powers that be" agree or not with him (not that anyone does or doesn't) it is against the rules to openly attack/flame on this site.

As I said, legacy could've appealed, but instead he created this thread, his loss.
