Tropical Storm Lorenzo Not Coming to KC

Kansas City Visitor's Bureau says it's due to the Mayor's recent Parks Board Appointment.

KANSAS CITY, MO - Tropical Storm Lorenzo may be heading for Mexico's Gulf Coast, but according to the KCCVB, it won't be heading to Kansas City.

After the Mayor's appointment of Hispanic Hater, lesbian, and all around bigot Frances Semler to the Parks Board several minority groups have pulled out of having their conventions from Kansas City. This apparently came to a head after Tropical Storm Lorenzo was said to have changed its route into the states.

"I really want to have no part of it." the storm said during a press conference on Thursday.

The Kansas City Star has been reportedly gathering information from other Hurricanes, Tropical Storms and Depressions to see if the feeling is mutual amongst the weather phenomena.
