OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- A grand jury has indicted a Johnson County store for displaying obscene costumes.
According to the indictment, Spirit Halloween at West 119th Street and Metcalf Avenue is accused of promoting obscenity that is harmful to minors.
The store, which caters to both children and adults, is facing four misdemeanor counts.
